What makes us so special is our in-home enviroment. There literally is nothing comparable than your loved one being in a home setting. I can say with confidence that even when a boarding facility is properly built and managed it still has no comparison to being in someone's home. Our pet sitting service is located in our personal home providing a very relaxed and gentle atmosphere for the pups. Your four-legged kids are one of the family when they stay with us.
What to expect... We offer free in-our-home Meet-n-Greets which include you & pup coming over to meet us & our pups. This offers a couple benefits. It helps for when they do officially come over to stay the night because they will have a positive stress-free memory of our family. Also by us meeting them we will know if they will have a fun experience in a home with other canines.
We have seven dogs of our own, two cats, and love our kiddos very much. My husband works outside the home Monday - Friday, and I work inside the home every day of the week. The visiting pups are crated for mealtime, bedtime, and when we are both away from the home (running errands, appointments, etc). This offers quite time for them along with personal space, keeps our home safe from possible destructive behavior, and of course the dogs safe when unsupervised or enjoying their meal.
PlayDays: Twice a week, on Monday's and Thursday's, I offer PlayDays. This again will begin with the same Meet-n-Greet process described above to ensure the fun & safety of all. Drop off times for PlayDays are between 6:30a-9:00a, and pick up times are between 4:00p-6:00p. Rates for PlayDays are $25/day for the first dog, and $20/day for each additional dog.
Bed&Biscuit: Rates for overnight stays are $35/night for the first dog, and $30/night for each additional dog. For example: Each night the dog stays there is an "Overnight" charge. If the dog stays during the next day (but not overnight) there is a "PlayDay/Day" charge of $25. A dog's additional day is calculated once noon of the next day is reached. For example for a one dog family: Fido is dropped off at 7:00a Friday and stays until 2:00p Sunday. That is considered 2 nights (Friday to Saturday $35, Saturday to Sunday $35 = $70), and then a $25 "PlayDay/Day" charge for Sunday morning thru the afternoon to the 2:00p pickup. Total $95.
** During a dog's "Bed&Biscuit-Overnight-Stay" there is no extra charge for a PlayDay when the PlayDay happens to be on the same day the dog is staying the night (in other words there is no double charge). The PlayDay is included in the dog's stay with us. **
Pick up and drop off times for overnight petsitting are prearranged with you Sunday thru Saturday, and are typically scheduled around work schedules, feeding times, PlayDays, and other activities. We make every effort to work with everyone's schedule and acomidate the absolute best we can. All of our clients are so wonderful with scheduling, and we are blessed to have so many wonderful people in our lives. Weekends are planned accordingly per the schedule of that particular weekend. We do attempt to have pick-up & drop-offs completed by the early evening on Friday's & Saturday's to allow for us to enjoy our weekend.

For each dog who stays in our home we ask they are provided with the food they will eat for the duration of their stay. If your kiddo is taking medicine please also provide the food/treat/method of administering the medication (ie: peanut butter, pill pocket, etc). We also ask for a copy of their shot records for our files, and for flea/tick/heartworm/parasite preventative to be a regular part of their lifestyle. We do vaccine titers on our personal dogs and we use natural alternatives for pest control, and therefore are open to our clients using alternative methods too. The key is that some preventative is being utilized.
Optional choices... We highly encourage you to pack a blanket or old t-shirt with your dogs so they have a scent from home. We have found it does help most dogs settle in for bedtime. Beyond that you can pack as much or as little as you choose some owners only pack food and some owners pack a suitcase. It's up to you. We have plenty of food/water bowls for the pups, but again if you wanna pack bowls you can.

Saftey things to Consider:
1) We have ADT Fire & Alarm System in our home.
2) We are insured through a specific PetSitting Insurance.
3) We have our Kennel License through the State of Illinios Department of Agriculture and are inspected twice a year by the state.
Not only are we highly knowledgable with canines and the time & care they require, but we also have safety measures & credentials in place to further support our committment to the safety of your loved one.
