The Heart & Soul of Fortibus German Shepherds was our beloved Xavier. In 2010 we welped his litter, he was born into our family, and lived every day of his life with us.

Xavier was a certified therapy dog thru Alliance of Therapy Dogs. Xavier had his Canine Good Citizen (CGC thru AKC) along with the Community Canine (CGCA) and the Urban Canine (CGCU), he had his a United Agility Champion Excellent (UACHX), was a UKC Confirmation Champion, had his Rally Excellent (RE thru AKC), had his Top Flight Premier thru UFLI flyball, and had his AKC Agility title in Standard, Jumpers with Weaves, & FAST all to the Excellent level. The boy was very accomplished!

Start of our line...
Amiga is the mother of our Xavier & Mirage. We had never considered breeding back in 2008 when we got Mirage and so we regrettably had her spayed. In the process of Mirage's birth & weaning we fell in love with this line so much that we accepted Amiga into our family for retirement, but not before getting one more puppy from her who we named Xavier and who was the beginning to our Fortibus line.
